Introducing Our East Texas Studio
If you’ve been following this journey for a while, you may notice that we’ve skipped several iterations of our studio. You’ll also notice a massive leap in our capability. Let’s talk through some changes and give you a behind-the-scenes tour.
In spring of 2023, we moved our headquarters from West Michigan to East Texas. Our studio space more than quadrupled in size and our tech-stack was rebuilt from the ground up. This has allowed us to better support our own event as well as provide more options to better serve client events in our studio. What we used to call our Virtual Command Center we’re now calling our Virtual Studio, due to our growth and ongoing comittment to create an innovative space space for virtual live events.
Here are a few highlights of Virtual Studio 12.0:
- Larger set allows more room to host interview and co-hosts.
- 10 foot Green Screen for customized backdrops.
- ZOOM Gallery TV’s – See up to 300 attendees on ZOOM and interact with them in real-time.
- Improved audience interaction tools (Q&A, polls, chat, emoji wall, photos, etc.) and teleprompter for speaking to attendees with perfect eye-contact.
- Dedicated control room, office, and reception area.
- Improved graphics, video playback, and audio engine (easier to use, higher-quality).
- One-button scene changes and camera automation.
