Virtual Event Engine Terms & Waiver

Effective upon purchase.

By purchasing the "Virtual Event Engine" program, the buyer agrees to the following terms and enters into a binding agreement with Veley Productions LLC.

1. Program Enrollment & Annual Access (Single Annual Payment or Payment Plan)

You are enrolling in Virtual Event Engine as an annual subscription program. You may choose either:

• a single pay-in-full investment of $1,997, or

• a three-payment plan of $787, billed approximately 30 days apart.

In both cases, your purchase provides access to the program materials, live training, member area, and bundled platform access for one (1) year from your purchase date, as described on this page.

If you select the payment plan, you agree to complete all three payments; this is a payment arrangement for the full program tuition, not a cancel-anytime subscription.

Virtual Event Engine is not a cancel-anytime monthly membership. There is no monthly billing and no automatic renewal beyond the three-payment plan described above. At the end of your year, you may be offered the option to renew for an additional 12-month term under then-current pricing and terms. If you do not renew, your access will end as outlined below.

2. Platform Access (Obvio & Zoom) – Nature of Access

As part of Virtual Event Engine, Veley Productions will facilitate your access to certain third-party tools, including Obvio and Zoom, using our existing accounts and configurations. This access is provided as a bundled convenience within the program, and is not a separate sale, license, or resale of Obvio or Zoom.

You understand that Obvio and Zoom are independent third-party services that Veley Productions does not own or control. Their availability, performance, features, pricing, and terms are determined solely by their respective providers. You agree to comply with any applicable terms of service set by Obvio and Zoom. Veley Productions is not responsible or liable for outages, bugs, changes, data loss, or any other issues arising from these platforms.

3. Platform & Portal Access Duration (Obvio, Zoom & Member Area)

Access to Obvio and Zoom through Veley Productions’ configurations is included for one (1) year from your purchase date, unless otherwise stated in your onboarding materials. During that year, you can rely on continued platform access through our configuration, provided you comply with applicable terms of service and do not misuse the platforms.

Access to any online training portal or member area we use to host Virtual Event Engine content is also provided for the duration of your included access and/or any active renewal term. If or when your access ends or is not renewed, your login to that portal may be removed, but you will retain any program materials you have already downloaded and saved for your own use.

Before the end of your included year, you may be offered the option to renew your access through Veley Productions under then-current terms. If you renew, your platform and portal access continue under the new agreement. If you choose not to renew, you can transition to your own direct Obvio account as described below.

4. Exit & Migration Support

If you decide not to renew your access through Veley Productions, or prefer to move to your own direct Obvio account:

Veley Productions will proactively request account migration from Obvio on your behalf, following the migration process Obvio provides.

The actual migration, timing, and technical outcome are under Obvio’s control. While we will cooperate and support the process, we cannot guarantee specific results or timelines for data transfer or configuration on Obvio’s side.

Once your account is successfully migrated—or your access through Veley Productions otherwise ends—your access to Obvio and Zoom through Veley Productions’ configuration will conclude, and any ongoing access will be managed and billed directly between you and the platform providers.

You will retain any downloaded program materials (training, templates, playbooks) already provided to you. Platform access changes, renewals, or migrations do not entitle you to refunds, in whole or in part.

5. What Veley Productions Provides

Veley Productions provides the Virtual Event Engine training, implementation support, templates, and playbooks to help you design and run your virtual live events. Our role is strategic and educational; we do not guarantee any specific financial results, attendance numbers, or outcomes from your events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability of Veley Productions related to this program is limited to the amount you paid for Virtual Event Engine for the applicable 12-month term.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the materials and the inclusion of live training, all sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Use of Materials

The training, templates, and playbooks are for your own business or organization’s events. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or present these materials as your own training program.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes related to this program will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
