Studio Rental Terms & Waiver
Veley Productions LLC – Photography Studio

Effective upon booking confirmation

By submitting a booking and payment, the Photographer agrees to the following terms and enters into a binding agreement with Veley Productions LLC.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

Photographer voluntarily assumes all risks related to use of the studio and its equipment.
 Veley Productions LLC is not liable for injuries, property damage, or loss suffered by the Photographer, clients, assistants, or guests.

2. INDEMNIFICATION & LEGAL FEES

Photographer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veley Productions LLC and its owners, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages—including reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs—arising out of the Photographer’s use of the premises or equipment.

3. SHARED BUILDING CONDUCT

This studio is in a shared-use building, with other studios in use. All renters and guests must:

  • Use indoor voices and keep music low
  • Avoid crowding hallways or being disruptive
  • Supervise children and clients. No loitering or horseplay is permitted.

Disruptive or disrespectful conduct may result in immediate removal without refund.

4. EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY USE

Available equipment includes:

  • Light stands
  • LED lights (white - with soft boxes and RGB colored lights for ambiance)
  • Autopoles & Backdrop Rigs
  • Scenic & Plain-Colored Backdrops
  • Professional tripod and monopod

Photographer is responsible for returning equipment in original condition. Damage or loss may incur fees up to the cost of replacement and any labor required to make repairs or restore equipment to original condition.

5. NO STORAGE POLICY

The studio does not offer storage. No props, backdrops, or personal items may be left after your session. Veley Productions LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten property.

6. BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • 2-hour minimum rental
  • Rescheduling allowed with 72 hours' notice
  • Cancellations receive 50% refund
  • Booking includes setup and teardown
  • Overtime beyond your scheduled end time will incur a charge of $30 per 30 minutes.

7. CLEAN-UP & PROHIBITED USES

Photographer agrees to:

  • Leave the space clean and free of trash
  • Avoid glitter, confetti, oils, adhesives, or smoke
  • Not alter or damage walls or flooring
  • Supervise all clients and children on premises

8. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be handled in Texas courts.

9. ACCEPTANCE

By booking the studio, I confirm that I:

  • Am 18 years or older
  • Have read and understood this agreement
  • Accept full responsibility for myself and all guests and clients present during my rental
