The Booking Process
1. REACH OUT
Contact us to discuss your needs, goals, and budget. We’ll provide options that are the best fit for you and quote an all-inclusive price. The more you share, the better we can serve you.
2. RESERVE YOUR DATE
To secure your date, we require a signed program agreement, and a 50% retainer. We will send an agreement and invoice, along with an audio/visual rider for your review. Simply sign and send back.
3. CONSULT WITH US
Our staff will meet with you via video or phone, to learn more about your audience, ideas, and objectives. We will review your plan and make a few recommendations. We are always here to help.
4. MAXIMIZE IMPACT
We’re serious about making your event the best it can be. You will be supplied with a number of event planning resources and promotional materials.
5. SHOWTIME
We will rock your stage and execute your plan. Afterword, your performer is happy to hang out for questions, selfies, and more if the travel schedule allows. Please pay the balance of the presentation fee by your event date.
6. FEEDBACK
We will take time to review your event and suggest the next steps you can take with your audience. Some call this added value. We call it Golden Rule Customer Service. Together, we’ll review your event so that your next one can be even better!
